Ooops! Sorry, now I see it:

I have a lot of AOL disks that say, "500 hours free," basically free internet if you join. I want to get a concealed microphone to record peoples reactions and have someone film from a distance. I would be handing them out on Broad St. and would get peoples reactions in audio and video.

Question: What are you hoping to record? What do you think people will do? What if they just blow this off? Do you plan to say something to the people you hand these disks out to? Is this more like a performance intervention?

Also, my more political idea is standing around in a public place in the city. I would have a sign that says something or asks a question. One might say, "Who is Saul Alinsky?" and people would sort of turn their heads at that. I would have a series of signs and wear/promote one at a time.

This seems like it might have slightly better prospects...I say that only because people are so accustomed to technology that they might not be that interested in being handed a disk...but a crazy guy with a sign board...now that might get some reactons...tell me more abput the sign board...what would you be doing? Wearing it and walk around? Or hollering something out?
