I was thinking of using this HD flip camera that i have, its pretty discreet and i could definatly record sound and video without anyone noticing. I am also thinking that maybe a group member could secretly tape as well. I would want afterwards to approach the salespeople and inform them of my project... this Definatley ads another aspect to the video..

hopefully recording their reaction not only to my performance but the reaction when they find out i was studying them will let me know things like if they are ashamed or proud of the way they acted. i also want to know if the salespeople have any training in customer sensitivity and service.
